This month's theme for the hop is Spring Time.  I am SO happy that Spring is here, I thought Winter would never go away.  For my card today I used the newly-released set Tia and Cuddles He is Risen.  This set is great for Easter projects, but it is also perfect for any Spring themed project you need.  I used this adorable little lamb for my card, what do you think?

Friday Fun and Friends with Flair!

TGIF!  I started my new schedule this week and I am so happy.  I still have to work on Saturdays, but I get off at 5pm.  It is amazing the things you can take for granted, but I love being able to come home from work and walk Dixie, cook dinner and stamp!  So today I have my card for the Friday Fun Challenge and Unity Stamp Co's Friends with Flair (see the Unity Blog for a list of all the Friends with Flair)

This weekend is Daylight Savings. Today use numbers on your project. You get bonus points, if you actually use a clock. ;o)

I used a clock, but I just realized that my clock doesn't have numbers.  Oops!  The clock and sentiment are from Unity's December 2009 Kit Delightful Moments.  The paper is Cosmo Cricket Social Club.

Friday Fun Inspiration for My Friends With Flair!

Good Morning!  It is a beautiful (but cold) and sunny day here in Virginia.  I am sitting in my stamp room and watching my "gardeners" (aka the property management team) mulch the flower beds.  Aaahhh.  Have I mentioned I love my new place?  At my old place not only would I have had to mulch everything myself, but I would have to BUY everything myself.  Now I have more time for stamping and other things that I like to do!  I know that's not why you are here, but it just made me so happy for a minute, I had to share!  :)
Today's Friday Fun Challenge is brought to us by the most wonderful and fantabulous (I know that's not a real word but I had to make one up to fit how awesome she is) Christi Snow!  She chose this book cover for our inspiration today.  I must say- I would read that book from the cover alone although my Mom always told me not to judge a book by it's cover.  But it's a REALLY cool cover!

All the green and yellow and red in the picture made me think of ladybugs.  Why?  I have no idea, but that's the great part about inspiration.  You don't have to know why.  I used the Unity Kit, Rockin' It Unity Style from March 2010.  I love this kit- it's so cute.  I am glad I finally have time to put it to some good ink.

Sneak Peek and a Sketch Challenge!

Good Morning!  Today I have some sneak peeks of a new set from InStyle Stamps.  I feel very honored that I was asked to stay on and design for InStyle.  InStyle is releasing two sets in March and I am showing you some samples from Tia and Cuddles He is Risen.  This is a wonderful set for Easter as well as Springtime in general.  InStyle also has some great challenges this month including a Sketch Challenge using the sketch below.  Here is how you play along: You have until Tuesday, April 5th by 11:59 pm PST to enter the sketch challenge. If you use one of our images for the sketch, you could win 2 digital images. If not, you are still a winner and will receive 1.
